The company

Retro Consulting Group s.r.l., is a consulting company founded in Turin in 2013, under the name Edizioni Retrò, today RCG s.r.l. Composed of professionals with complementary and diversified skills, it has gained specific experience in the fields of publishing, communication, marketing and property management, maintaining as a common denominator a deep attention to innovation, which the development of new technologies makes possible in many sectors. Over the years, in parallel with constant growth, the Company has dedicated specific divisions to the main areas of operation, achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification for the quality of management processes in 2017, then joining the UN Global Compact in 2018 and the main Italian employers’ association, Confindustria Torino, in 2019.

Today Retro Consulting Group is a close-knit, streamlined team of people who put the Clients’ objectives at the center of their activities and commitment, making use of both internal capabilities and an established network of suppliers and partners with whom it has developed solid relationships of collaboration and trust, to offer on very broad services a single interlocutor but a level of verticalization of skills that can be implemented exponentially.

RCG adheres to the United Nations Global Compact to implement the principles of global sustainability and follow best practices in pursuit of the UN Goals. Specifically, at the level of internal code of ethics, human rights, labour law, environment and anti-corruption, all RCG procedures are geared towards this end. As a regular social responsibility activity, the company is involved in various projects mainly with the aim of improving environmental sustainability.
