Graduated in law with honors from the University of Turin with an experimental thesis on the Right of Access to the Internet in the Domestic and International Context. He holds an LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology at Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. Consultant for several United Nations agencies on Internet Technology.

He has successfully completed several graduate courses in intellectual property, international arbitration and comparative commercial law at Harvard University, London School of Economics, Georgetown University and Peking University.
